PURPOSE OF POSITION
· The purpose of this position is to promote and sell the Company’s full Parts and related Supplies product line
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION
· Responds to front line customer visits or telephone, fax, on-line requests, relative to all parts and supplies inquiries
· Provides customers with prompt and courteous service, quoting prices or obtaining quotes as necessary; answers any concerns or questions, ranging from technical aspects to delivery dates

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a full time Warehouse Team Member (Driver) to work 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for collecting and delivering products to customers, ensuring customers orders are delivered on time, accurately and safely.

You’ll be working for Jewson in Andover as a Warehouse Operative with a strong focus on customer care and advice.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Do you enjoy delivering a great customer service? have previous Warehousing or Yard experience or do you have a desire or willingness to learn? Would you like to work for an organisation who will give you opportunity to qualify with Forklift licences?
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of processing customer orders on our smaller customers and investigating all queries in relation to orders, delivery, availability, pricing and general enquiries.
You will provide high quality technically competent advice to customers, providing a triage function to support customers through their warranty, quality, and spares requirements to provide a first pass resolution wherever possible but be ready to escalate more complicated technical issues when the need arises.
