The Housekeeping Supervisor is a working management role who plans, organizes, supervises, inspects and motivates to achieve the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

Responsibilities: · Reports to the Director of Housekeeping.
· Cleans and services assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards of the Hazelton Hotel Toronto
· Reports any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to supervisor.
· Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a friendly, timely and efficient manner and ensures appropriate follow up
· Maintains linen storage and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Be able to perform the duties necessary to clean guest rooms & public areas Follow assigned procedures for room cleaning, check on working condition of lighting, plumbing, television, alarms. Inform supervisor of damaged or dirty furniture's Responsible for the security of any keys/key cards issued to him/her responsible for of all equipment assigned to her/him (vacuum cleaners, carts) Maintain cleanliness of corridors & service areas Able to clean 16 rooms per day Follows established reporting procedures as directed by the manager responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties in one room each day Follow establishment fire procedures & regulations.
